Verdict

Jessica Harrington has won two of the last three of these and FORGE MEADOW can continue the sequence. Rated 146 over hurdles after beating Identity Thief in a Gowran Grade 3 in February, he made a reasonable debut over fences at Galway though like most of these fast ground could be a concern. Alighting didn't win in five starts over timber but was placed in Listed company and, as a close relative of Don Poli, has always been regarded as a chaser. Mrs Lovett was behind the selection at Galway and looks held though she ran better on good ground at Tipperary in the summer.
