Verdict

HELF has had an outing on the Flat since scoring at Market Rasen in August and is only 3lb higher today. He should go close again in a weak-looking handicap. Mount Vesuvius scored at Plumpton before struggling off today’s mark at Exeter while Mr Mulliner was placed at Fontwell recently and bids to end a long losing run. It was heavy going when Karl Marx won at Taunton back in April and the less exposed Dream Free may do better today having posted an improved effort on the level last month.
