In depth

Verdict

The Package, Ten Pound Pom and Mitre Peak look the three concentrate on in this bumper with the tentative vote going to The Package. The selection is a well bred sort from a yard that can ready a newcomer and under conditions that should suit he looks the one to be on. Ten Pound Pom rates the main danger on his latest second behind Aimigayle, he looks sure to improve and will not be far away. Mitre Peak is another that could go well on his latest fifth behind Aux Le Bahnn but the suspicion is that he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time. Of the remainder McAubin is another well bred type that could go well but for the winner we return to The Package to small stakes.
