Verdict

Riddlestown has a definite chance at best and has won here but is hard to support after pulling up the last twice. Indian Native did likewise last time and Freddies Portrait is searching for form. Looks Like Power has turned into a solid performer for Debra Hamer so has to go on the short-list, despite having ascended to a career-high mark after landing a decent Chepstow handicap. However, he has to concede 16lb to THE BAY BIRCH (NAP) when Stan Sheppard's claim is taken into account and the mare is taken to go one better after a solid effort last time when running Wizards Bridge to a length - she'd previously hacked up around here.
