Verdict

These are a poor lot and none have won on the track or over the trip. The veteran point-to-pointer BOXING ALONG had been chasing before just failing to take advantage of a lower mark over hurdles here last month. A similar effort can see him go one better. Coole Craft showed his first sign of ability over the minimum trip here last month but pulled up in his only two starts between the flags and has yet to prove he stays this far. Mr Jaggers looks to have more of a chance as though he was fortunate to finish runner-up to Ice Cool at Clonmel the winner should go well in the second race here. Teacher's Pet ran a bit better at Thurles though will need to find more and The Bach Road's one decent run was on good ground.
