Verdict

Imperial Joey won by 16 lengths at Downpatrick when The Fitz Lady was a further two lengths away in third. That was a first victory in 16 hurdle starts and he's 11lb higher now but Andrew Ring again takes off 7lb so he shouldn't be far away again. DERRYLEA GIRL may be a better bet, however, as she won over track and trip in August and improved again to finish third at Listowel subsequently. A further 2lb weight rise isn't excessive. Chebona Bula wasn't beaten far over course and distance last time and All Fired Up arrives off the back of a third at Downpatrick. The latter has the beating of Wrong Way Corrigan on that run and is another to consider.
