Verdict
Half An Hour, Zaffre Noir, Gielgud and Sunshan will fight this little contest out with the selection going to Sunshan. Half An Hour from the Alan King yard will have his supporters after his recent second to our selection at Stratford last month and has a 3lbs turn around in the weights with the winner for a length-and-a-half beating. Having said that, three miles and numerous fences to deal with, 3lbs means nothing. Zaffre Noir is proving to be frustrating and may be best watched here while Gielgud is another horse taking it¿s time to break his maiden tag over fences but having said that has been knocking on the door recently and will be sure to go very close today. That brings us back to the selection Sunshan who has improved dramatically recently under his young amateur rider and is taken to follow up his recent Stratford win.
