Verdict

Heavenly Promise has every chance of following up a recent win at Bangor, despite a 5lb rise. But Richard Patrick’s claim will ease the burden that Warwick second GOODNIGHT CHARLIE has to carry and the top weight still has plenty of scope over fences. Mrsrobin is having her first run in six months but she’s been switched to the Skelton yard and won over hurdles here a year ago. What Larks performed better on similar going at Wincanton two weeks ago but Irish Octave was well beaten by Corner Creek when chasing a four-time at Southwell in December.
