Verdict
Templehills is a law unto himself but did win off a higher mark last year. A winner here in June, De Barley Basket has an excellent strike-rate over fences and ran well for a long way after wind surgery at Stratford. FRIARY ROCK won easily over this trip at Perth in July and pulled too hard over 3m at that track last month. He can recoup losses here with Brian Hughes keeping the partnership intact. Lost In Montmartre should be approaching peak fitness and is starting to look well treated while the four-year-old Koi Dodville still has scope over this trip and has had wind surgery since his latest third here.
