Verdict

Northofthewall was still in front when falling two out in a novices’ handicap at Aintree last month and is the likely pace angle in this, though Imperial Alcazar also liked to race prominently over hurdles and should make a chaser. UMBRIGADO had the best form of these over the smaller obstacles, however, and he ran very well on his reappearance in a competitive handicap at Haydock on his favoured soft going. Le Cameleon will likely find easier opportunities this season.
