Verdict

Placed twice in bumpers in France last year, Dan Skelton should find a race for Frankeur. Grandee won three times on the Flat but Mercutio Rock has the more recent form having finished second on his hurdles bow at Chepstow, despite being friendless in the market. MONT SEGUR boasted decent bumper form on soft going and he could take all the beating here if translating that ability to hurdles. Time To Move On needed the run when fifth at Lingfield and the dual bumper winner is preferred to No Risk Des Flos of the others.
