In depth

Verdict

Nordic Prince, Colonial Rule and Golden Fields look the ones to concentrate on in this desperate sell and the tentative vote goes to Nordic Prince. The gelding from the John O'shea yard is the best of these on official Bhb ratings goes well fresh and is proven on the ground. He will be hard to beat if he ordains to put his best foot forward. Golden Fields rates the main danger he finished in mid-division in a much better race behind Tarque last time. However all his best form is on much faster ground so for that reason he is opposed. Colonial Rule has plenty of ability but does not like to use it so can not be backed with any confidence. The remainder are woefully out of form so in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum we will side with Nordic Prince.
