Verdict
Tim The Chair did a bit better at Exeter last time but was still beaten 26 lengths. South O'The Border ran the in-form Upthemsteps to a length at Kelso earlier this month, however, and could go close. He's preferred to Round The Horn, who only won a match over 3m here eight days ago and has been raised 3lb for his efforts. Tuskar Rock has been dropped a couple of pounds since finishing third at Kempton in March and is preferred to the one-paced Tarquinius but the heavy ground will suit out-and-out stayer REBEL SWING and, though harshly handicapped, Sue Smith's charge gets the vote with the promising Jonathan England still able to claim 7lb.
