In depth

Verdict

HOLRYALE has only been beaten narrowly the last twice since dropping into maiden company. He won his bumper here last year and can get his head back in front on familiar territory. Major Davis unseated his rider at the first here a year ago but has been placed in his other four starts over hurdles and rates a danger. Cotton Club was a stayer on the Flat and has joined a yard that can get one ready at home while Springbok Seia has shown signs of ability. Lion Rouge was runner-up at Huntingdon on his first run for Stuart Edmunds and Best To Come also looks capable of better.
