Verdict

Warren Greatrex won last year’s renewal and Influential Lady’s run at Hexham, when behind Goffsbridge Girl, was too bad to be true. Organdi made a promising start behind Lilliput Lane at Wincanton but KEEP THE RIVER probably wouldn’t need to improve much on her close-up second at Kelso to go one better here. Marmalade Mist is a likely improver while newcomer Mayllan is worth noting being a half-sister to Mystery Drama and Mystery Code, both winners over hurdles and on the Flat.
