Verdict

Le Capricieux is getting closer but his Huntingdon conqueror No Win No Fee was beaten subsequently here and is trained by Richard Newland, who should know where he stands with NIKKI STEEL (NAP). The latter has moved from the County Waterford yard of Paul Power and was last seen finishing second to the formerly-useful Flat performer Penhill at Tramore. Rocklander, another Irish import, may have needed his run at Southwell but was still beaten 18 lengths and drops back half a mile for this.
