Verdict

The Greatrex yard enjoy an excellent record in bumpers so Article Fifty, winner of his sole point-to-point, must be taken very seriously. Eur Gone West is another former pointer to take close note of and Head Hunter showed promise on his sole bumper start to date at Huntingdon. There are, however, a host of interesting newcomers to pay heed to from leading yards and the market should prove invaluable in sorting them out, with Mount Batur, No Getaway and Tango du Roy making most appeal at this stage. Nevertheless, we'll stay with proven form in the shape of EAST WING, who showed bundles of promise when hunting up Holryale on his debut here in the late spring. His yard also have a good strike rate in these contests.
