Verdict
Scarface, Fisherman Jack and Cody form the shortlist in this conditionals' handicap hurdle with the vote given to Scarface. The selection has proved to be quite a frustrating sort but the penny looks to have finally dropped with him now and after breaking his duck at Fontwell he was a good second behind Granite Man at Uttoxeter last time. He is clearly in good heart at present and should be capable of leading them home today. Fisherman Jack looks to be well-handicapped so he has to be considered, but he ran appallingly last time and on the back of that effort he can't be backed with any confidence. Cody was pulled-up at Sedgefield last time but he does have his optimum ground conditions today so he is sure to run his race. Fieldings Society may prove best of the remainder, but for the winner we will return to Scarface.
