Verdict
A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading fancies but the principals look to be Hanover Square, Finzi, Indian Laburnum, and Presentingthecase and the tentative vote goes to Indian Laburnum. The selection was a good second behind Allez Toujours last time he runs off the same mark here and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat over this longer trip. Hanover Square rates the main danger he was a fair third behind Jim Jam Joey last time and he will not be far away especially if the ground becomes very soft. Finzi was very disappointing behind Palisander last time so can not be backed with any confidence and he also looks weighted to the hilt.Presentingthecase is from a shrewd yard and is obviously thought capable of better so he is worth noting in the market while Native Cunning is from a yard in top form and is sure to strip fitter here than he did for his debut run but for the winner we return to Indian Laburnum.
