In depth
Verdict
Tucker gets the vote here ahead of Lake Tini, Grand Show and Diamond Josh. Tucker made late headway on his Newmarket debut and looks sure to improve a good bit on that. He is related to eight winners and, as this is not a strong contest, must surely go well. The 70,000 guineas purchase Lake Tini looked to be improving last time and can also go well, while Grand Show looks set to improve on his debut run and Diamond Josh, another to have shown debut promise, can improve over today's longer trip. Bolodenka possibly sets the standard for the form, having been placed on the all-weather last time, and he has to be afforded respect also. Of the others, Love Me Tender has shown some promise. Henry Candy has done quite well with his juveniles this season so watch the betting with regard to Jessiaume, and Helen House is related to a smart mile winner. However, for the winner, we look to Tucker.
