Verdict

There are plenty of well-connected newcomers in this with the booking of the champion for Kim Bailey’s The Milan Girl particularly eye-catching. She is out of a Listed hurdles winner in France and cost €50,000. Midnightreflection is also out of a hurdles winner in France while Wynn House’s dam won a Cheltenham bumper and Wayne Hutchinson prefers her to the points winner Outonpatrol. Hudson Yard and Zero To Hero have also shown ability between the flags, along with Wetherby fourth Agent Valdez. Molly Ollys Wishes wasn’t given a hard time when third at Newbury but already looks ready for a switch to hurdles. POGO I AM ran in snatches at Plumpton but was only beaten half-a-length and probably warrants one more chance.
