In a competitive looking maiden hurdle the verdict goes the way of GLENWOOD KNIGHT with Another Display and Faneuil Hall also in contention. The selection was first past the post in soft ground at Exeter last time only to be stripped of the race in the stewards room. He had enough to finish ahead of his penalised rival that day and he can do it again with the form from the race standing-up and this longer trip looking ideal. Another Display was a useful pointer in Ireland winning two from three starts but was well beaten in his first start under rules. The bottomless ground was probably against him so the firmer footing here should be in the positive column but the form from that last effort has been weak so far. Faneuil Hall seems to be a developing sort since leaving bumper company and could see some prize money with further improvement. There are a number in here that have chances on solid bumper form but with the experience of getting his head in front we go with Glenwood Knight.
