        Verdict

        Bill Bennett is given the confident vote in this competitive handicap with Athollbrose and Crociera the others for the shortlist. Bill Bennett won in this grade on this track last time out when defeating Zaffeu. He looks to be on the upgrade and in his current form it would be foolish to oppose him. Athollbrose rates the main danger on his second to Another Choice at Beverley last time. That was his best effort to date and as he is still improving he looks to have a good chance of running our selection close. Crociera will have to improve in this company on anything he has shown on the racecourse so far to trouble the principles, while Bonjour Bond represents an in-form yard so can't be discounted. This is an open race but Bill Bennett is in great form and looks the one to be on.
