Verdict

Inglis Drever is the call here - despite his likely short price - ahead of the tough Eric's Charm and the hurdling debutante The Rising Moon. The selection has done little wrong this season and his win at Sandown late last year was a most impressive effort in terms of form and time. It looks, if he handles the softer surface, as though he will be very hard to beat despite giving weight away to some of his rivals. The Rising Moon is well thought of by connections and the fact he makes his debut at this level suggests he could be something special. Eric's Charm has done little wrong this season and put up an improved effort in defeat last time out at Ascot. If reproducing that form he could be the one to chase home the selection Inglis Drever.
