The short list in the nursery contains Astroangel, Wachiwi and Stagehand, with the vote going to Astroangel. Astroangel could be interesting stepping up in trip on the prevailing going and it would be no surprise to se her go well today. Diamond Light has not looked a strong finisher in his races, although he could bag some money, but Wachiwi opened his account on the all-weather last time and, being unexposed but likely to handle today's conditions, he gets a favourable mention. Stagehand's form is solid, although he is untested on the going, while first-time headgear could have a beneficial effect on Maid Of Ale's chances. Avina Laugh and Carlitos Spirit also have headgear on for the first time but, in an interesting nursery, we will side with Astroangel
