In depth
Verdict
Jelba ran an eyecatching race when sixth of 22 in a competitive 7f handicap at Doncaster last week (now 2lb lower) and gets the TEAMtalk verdict. Nick Littmoden's charge stayed on in pleasing fashion and looks sure to appreciate the extra furlong on this occasion. Blue Star is another who has shaped as though this trip will suit but his overall form falls short of what is required while Deeper In Debt looks high enough in the weights. Katiypour has been most consistent and has place claims while Puppet Play showed he is ready to strike following his recent Thirsk effort and remains on a handy mark so has to be respected in an open heat.
