In depth

Verdict

Following an excellent run behind Chilworth Lad in a handicap at Salisbury, Perfect Mission ran a shocker at Haydock next time and should probably be treated with caution now. ABOVE STANDARD also has more scope and the fact that he was sent off favourite for the Wood Ditton at Newmarket in April suggests there will be a lot more to come from Barry Hills' colt as he gains experience - he should get off the mark here. Latansaa has been off the track for a year but Marcus Tregoning hasn't kept him in training for nothing and he may be worth following when earning a handicap mark. Salisbury fourth Thunda looks the pick of the remainder.
