Verdict
The evidence against the majority is weak, so FURIOUS BELLE is a confident selection in this modest contest. Wabi Sabi and Dahama spearhead the list of alternatives. Dahama represents a yard that won this race last year and can be fancied to show improvement from her debut run at Newmarket last month. Admittedly, the form of that race could have worked out better, so the market will be the best guide regarding Clive Brittain's charge today. Wabi Sabi posted a solid run at Lingfield a fortnight ago and appeals as a long-term prospect. She looks a banker for Placepot players and can give the selection the most to do. However, Furious Belle - a half-sister to Killybegs - showed a professional attitude on her introduction at Yarmouth 12 days ago and she looks to have been well placed to gain quick compensation here.
