In-form jockey Darryll Holland teams up with a willing partner in the shape of COOL EBONY, who is fancied to gain further reward with another big run this afternoon. Cases can also be stated for Indy Driver and Libre, while Navene rates as good value for a place if all 17 stand their ground to face the starter. The last named, although of ordinary ability, is a likeable filly and stays a mile well. She should not be underestimated. Libre has finished in the money in one-in-three of his career starts and his consistency is admirable. A bit of give underfoot would not go amiss for him, though. Indy Driver has a number of options open to him over the next few days and it may be noteworthy that the starts the week here. James Fanshawe's charge should be set close to hand if he is kept busy. However, Cool Ebony makes more appeal on this occasion, as he looks set to encounter his ideal racing conditions today. The gelding likes to be up there with the pace and has the ideal man booked to take the reins. Holland has deserved the plaudits he has received lately and he can be faithfully supported while his confidence is on a high.
