      Verdict

      I'm Improving did just that on his final start at Redcar where he comfortably landed a novices' event on soft ground. His pedigree suggests he should be even better over this trip and further. Indomeneo had an excellent first campaign winning four times including a Class 2 event at Leicester. He was beaten a long way on his reappearance at Musselburgh, though didn't enjoy the heavy going. ISTANBUL SULTAN dead-heated at Goodwood on his final start last year and made a very promising reappearance at Newmarket where he stayed on nicely. That will have put the edge on him and he'll be difficult to beat. Mr Reckless won at Wolverhampton though didn't show much on his first start on Turf at Windsor but Dawn Dancer, who had been going well on the all-weather, didn't get the run of the race at Yarmouth last month.
