Guiding George has won over timber but his latest success came over fences at Doncaster. Oscar O'Scar was third over track and trip last month but fellow maiden Friendly Royal makes more appeal on today's terms and is also preferred to Omid, pulled up at Hexham after grinding out a win at Ayr. LOCK TOWERS (NAP) hails from a yard that's been among the winners lately. Though no match for the in-form American Life at Towcester last month, he was giving the winner 9lb and it wasn't a bad effort on his handicap debut. Ballythomas may be best of the rest.
