Verdict

Many Stars is 3lb higher than when third at Doncaster but should be in the mix again as he appears to have the beating of the disappointing Fergal Mael Duin. Carlisle third Rowdy Rocher should also be thereabouts but we'll take a chance on the fitness of JIMMY SHAN. Tim Vaughan's gelding was always marking time over hurdles as this will be his game. He won a point-to-point in March and first-time headgear can light him up sufficiently to come home in front following a few months off.
