Verdict
A chance is taken here on race fitness and the TEAMtalk nod is given the way of Percy Parkeeper. He was beaten by Chergan on their last meeting at Perth but the latter was probably a lucky winner. Nigel Twiston-Davies' horse was badly hampered when almost being brought down by Running Man at the seventh fence and Carl Llewellyn did well to maintain the partnership let alone win the race. Infrasonique was in rude health at the end of last season. He will win his share later on in the season and is probably best watched today. Random Harvest may be thirteen years of age but he is still capable of turning in a decent performance. He goes well fresh and with rain hitting West Yorkshire on Tuesday; it would be folly to write him off. Sterling Stewart has bits and pieces of form but the Wetherby fences will not forgive his tendency to make the odd blunder.
