Verdict
Shadows Lengthen was a shock winner of this in 2014 and hasn't won subsequently but don't be surprised by another big effort in what looks a sub-standard renewal. THEATRE GUIDE (NAP) could only finish third in this last year but improved throughout the campaign and won a Grade 3 handicap at Kempton. If he's ready for battle, he can carry his big weight to victory. Indian Stream ran poorly at Chepstow but her previous runs point to an outstanding chance and the good ground is in her favour. Pair Of Jacks is only 1lb higher than his victory at Cartmel in July while Abricot L'oasis has his first start since sluicing home in a novice hurdle at Sedgefield in April.
