In depth

Verdict

A very low grade handicap in which any decent form is difficult to come by and the market should be watched for signs of improvement over the winter. The form pick is undoubtedly SIXTY EIGHT GUNS and he gets the vote despite a long absence as he showed a little promise on fast ground at Galway last August. Thetartankangaroo reappeared with a fair run at Roscommon on soft ground and could improve in today's conditions while Whatever It Takes is by High Chaparral out of a mare from a middle-distance family and should do better in his second campaign.
