Verdict

Kevin Prendergast is running WOT A SHOT with a penalty after his impressive victory at Naas on Wednesday but with Samantha Bell's 7lb claim taken into consideration he is very well in here as the assessor will no doubt raise him plenty. He should fiollow-up but South South West looks a threat as he should be happy enough dropping back to this trip after a very good effort over further at Killarney last week. Queenscliff had looked very progressive in the spring and had excuses when disappointing on heavy going at Gowran in May so the break should have done her good. Lady Jock ran well over this trip at the Curragh and was by no means disgraced over slightly further when sent to Hamilton and the former Luca Cumani inmate Spunky is just finding his feet for new connections.
