In depth

Verdict

Boundary House gets in on bottom weight, and can add to his recent success here, with Boddidley, Nykel, Treasulier and Even More all making for a close-knit contest. Boundary House was pulled up after losing three shoes on his reappearance at Chepstow in November, but made amends by beating both Treasulier and Nykel over the course-and-distance at the start of the month, and an inspection of the revised terms reveals that he is still kindly enough treated to beat the pair again. That victory was his first, and while he is at the right end of the weights, he can be supported to follow up. Nykel ran well enough here last time, while Treasulier has since been well beaten at Chepstow. A bigger threat is Boddidley who had a wind operation in the summer , but who ran a sound race when second to Presenting Express at Taunton. Even More won this 12 months ago off 108 but in the main has not looked as though ready to repeat the feat, and for the winner we return to Boundary House.
