Verdict
Yes Sir and Ho Ho Hill are likely to be vying for favouritism here but we are going to side with bumper winner King Killone, while Go For Bust may also be involved. The selection should be suited by this step up in trip after a slightly disappointing hurdles debut at Exeter last month. Before that he had taken a bumper on good to soft at Ludlow first time out, and with the ground back in his favour, some experience in the locker and the longer trip, he may be good enough to land the prize. Ho Ho Hill makes his hurdling debut after being bought out of the pointing field and sent to Paul Nicholls. The trainer does well with this type and also here at the track, so market confidence will probably be significant. Go For Bust has shown us too much so far, and needs to improve, so with the yard not fully firing we will oppose. while Yes Sir can hopefully put a lack lustre effort behind him. If he can return to the form of his win two starts ago, then even with a penalty, he could go close. Nevertheless, King Killone is our suggestion here.
