Apollo Lady was a bit disappointing last time out but if she has her jumping boots on today she should oblige, Papeete and Lamanver Homerun may be the one to fill the places. Alan King's mare made a couple of bad errors when fourth behind BlackbrieryThyne at Towcester last month and in the end she was beaten five lengths. She is better judged on her previous effort when beating Theatre Diva by ten lengths and a repeat of that run should be good enough here. Papeete was unlucky in running last time out when third to Only For Sue but was a smooth winner on her debut, she should be involved in the finish. Meanwhile Lamanver Homerun was well supported last time out but had her colours lowered by two decent types. She hails from a top yard and has to be respected in this company. Launceston and Presenting Copper are two others to note in a competitive race, but our idea of the winner is Apollo Lady.
