Verdict
A big run from Damon Runyon in the first division would be a huge pointer to the chances of Surrey Thunder, who wasn’t far behind him at Sandown on debut. But the former’s stable companion REETH (NAP) ran a nice race at Leicester two weeks ago when friendless in the market. He’s the third foal to race of a mare that has produced winners with her first two and it’s not difficult to see him keeping up the family tradition. Fenjal has hinted at ability but Good Birthday disappointed at Ffos Las last month and the market will probably tell us what we need to know about newcomer Homesick Boy.
