Verdict

A couple of these stand out at the weights but Sotomayor had no apparent excuse for a poor run here a fortnight ago and has so far proved best on the all-weather surfaces. STAR OF ZAAM is preferred despite needing to improve on his recent form in plating races but Karl Burke’s charge should be bang there at the finish in this modest contest. Miniature Daffodil look best of the remainder on these terms though both previous wins have come on the all-weather.
