    Verdict

EXCELLENT GEORGE is enjoying an upturn in form and was going away at the finish when well backed at Chelmsford last week. Muhammed Adeel’s claim takes care of the penalty and Stuart Williams’ charge is difficult to oppose in what is a very modest opener. Glamorous Crescent has done most of his racing at Chepstow this year but she did win off 4lb higher at Lingfield last season and the excellent Mollie Phillips is doing the steering. Who Told Jo Jo is a past winner here but struggling for form.
