Verdict
Simon Walker has usually has a choice of mounts in race like this so Nutini, only beaten half-a-length at Bath last week, has to go on the short-list. But he has ground to make up on SWEET PURSUIT on an earlier run at Chepstow. Rod Millman’s filly has performed well off higher marks since recording a double at Lingfield in the summer and is preferred to last week’s Bath runner-up Toni's A Star, who is better over 5f. The Hooded Claw has tumbled down the handicap but has offered little recent encouragement.
