In depth
Verdict
Prendergast Hill and Rotherwick finished one-two here a fortnight ago and there should be little between the pair again. The latter is now 1lb better off and more reliable of the two and it would not surprise to see placings reversed. Banish is a three-year-old progressing well and has every chance after being beaten less than a length here this month by Quebee and should appreciate the additional 2f. Cape Banjo remains a maiden but has finished runner-up in four of seven starts and has place claims once more but ROCK STEADY gets the vote. The Charlton gelding has been noted finishing to some effect on both starts this term and the move up to 1m2f could prove ideal despite his pedigree possibly saying otherwise. Street Poet is an obvious 'dark horse' at the foot of the weights for the Stoute team.
