    Verdict

Sunset Salute won at Chester last month but had every chance back at the same track yesterday. Bascule returns to action after placing at Lingfield at the end of last year while CABLE NEWS won over 7f at Catterick in October. The latter is fitted with a tongue-tie on her reappearance and with his longer trip likely to suit George Scott’s filly, she gets the vote. The remainder are difficult to recommend with Joe Proud going backwards and Limited Edition perhaps best of the rest.
