In depth

Verdict

Corsini wasn’t beaten far off this mark at Ffos Las and Gilbert is worth a try over this longer trip. Alphonse Le Grande has shown promise on Turf even though he’s only won on Tapeta so far. Chequer Square remains winless and turned in a shocker last time but TRAVESURAS travelled strongly for a long way here at the start of the month after an earlier win over track and trip and is probably still on a decent mark. Tessy Lad is also in good form but Timestamp has been doing his winning over further on the all-weather and has been raised a further 4lb.
