Verdict

DESERT ENCOUNTER won this in 2018 and won the Group 3 on this card 12 months ago. He came out best of several of these that ran in the Glorious Stakes at Goodwood last month, including Alounak and Communique, though third Le Don De Vie was only a neck behind having met interference and could be a threat. Sextant will have needed his run at Newbury two weeks ago and could also be a factor but Floating Artist probably has a bit to prove at present.
