Verdict
A wide open affair with Market Avenue taken to prevail at the expense Rani Two and Castaway Queen. Richard Fahey is in cracking form at present and everything from his yard must be followed. Market Avenue has won two of his last four starts, including what was in all honesty a poor race at Musselburgh that he won off a mark of 61. This is not exactly a strong contest either though and he should prove too much of a handful for Rani Two who has also been in fine form of late. Mark Brisbourne's four-year-old scraped home in a blanket finish at Hamilton last time and has more to do now against the selection. Castaway Queen is on the upgrade and Raoul Duffy has been knocking on the door all season, but with Martin Dwyer in the plate, Market Avenue gets the vote.
