Verdict
To get Jimmy Fortune to come out on a Saturday night, in mid-winter, Sharp Breeze must have been showing plenty at home. David Loder's half-brother to three winners, shaped with promise on his debut at Chepstow and wouldn't have to have improved much in the meantime to take this. Second spot can go to No Grouse, who has shown enough to suggest he can win his maiden, but he looks to have caught a tarter here. French Risk may do better when he goes handicapping, while Paula Lane has been beaten in a seller and shouldn't be good enough at this level.
