Verdict

Captain Kane won over a longer trip at Southwell recently and can figure again but THE WRITER is just preferred. James Ferguson’s charge left his previous form behind when sent off favourite at Lingfield and finishing a close-up fourth and today’s first-time visor may bring further progress. Gurkhali Warrior has improved this year but steps up in trip along with Surrey Territories and both still looking for their first win.
